First, you will need to register and create your client account. You are then able to complete our online application template. Once you have agreed to our terms and conditions, we will post your vacancy on the website. All online candidate responses will be sent direct to you, with copies automatically forwarded to Colt MacKenzie McNair.

 

If you are unable to find the right candidate, no fee will be charged. But if you do employ a candidate who has applied via CMM Select, a fee will apply.

 

Should you need any assistance with your search, CMM Select also offers a managed service by co-ordinating your search, collating CVs, profiling and benchmarking candidates and applicant shortlisting. There will be a fixed charge for this service.
