Curricula Vitae of Candidates

Individuals may submit their curriculum vitae ("CV") to the Site either to apply for a specific position advertised or for consideration by employers for positions as they become available. CVs are made available only to those potential employers to whom the candidate has agreed we may forward their CV. We are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of CVs or other information where it has been retained by parties to whom we have passed it with the candidate's agreement.

SMS text messages (Candidates only)

By supplying us with your mobile phone number during the registration process and/or in your CV, you agree that we may send SMS text messages to your mobile phone. Such messages will be by way of notification that an employer wishes to get in touch with you or similar updates. We will not send messages to your mobile phone for marketing or advertising purposes.

Disclosures of your Information

We may disclose your information to third parties in the following circumstances, where:-
  • you consent to such disclosure;
  • we are legally required to do so by regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
  • we, in good faith, believe it necessary to protect the personal safety of users or the public;
  • we (in whole or in part) merge with, or are acquired by, another business. If this happens, we may share any information or data that relates to you with any party who acquires all or part of the business; and/or

Updating/Removal of Personal Information and CVs/Vacancy Descriptions

If any information regarding you, any CV or vacancy description you have provided requires to be corrected, updated or changed it is your responsibility to advise us of the required amendments. If you inform us that you no longer desire our service, we shall correct, update or remove your personal data provided to us. Please note, however, that copies of any CV may continue to be held by employers to whom it has been provided. Please also note an archive copy may be retained by us for our records and for audit purposes.
